The dissertation concentrates mainly on the technological innovations of Greatwall information company after China's reentry into WTO, and has given a far-reaching analysis of certain problems incurred. At the same time ,it also dwells on the experiences and technological innovations of USA , Japan, India and Ireland under the trend of the world economy globalization in way of comparative analysis. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and adoption of foreign and internal experiences, the dissertation has made a specific analysis of the technological innovation of Greatwall information company in high-tech industry and put forward some suggestions and ideas of the system and method adopted by the Greatwall information company. In detail, the dissertation is composed of four chapters.Chapter 1 is Simply we introduce basic situation of Great wall information Company,we introduce technological innovation and its product of Great wall information company after WTO-Reentry.Chapter 2 the introduction of the technological innovation. It focuses on the basic theory of technological innovation. China's reentry into WTO has pushed it to be confronted with the world competition, the core of which is the very technological competition. As a developing company, technological innovation not only means the essential way to the acceleration of scientific progress and optimization of industry structure, but also means sources for sustainable growth.Chapter 3, analyses the environment of the technological innovation of information company under WTO circumstances .To a developing country like china, WTO works as a double-edge sword, ,it may play dual roles, either active or passive in its economy and technological innovation .Chapter 4, on the base of foreign environment analysis ,citing the information industry as instance and with a view to the innovation cases in USA, Taiwan(region), India and Ireland, we analyze the technological innovation of Chinese new -high technology industry .The support of the government, overwhelmingly power of R&D investment, like Silicon Valley and Boston 128 Route, all of these enable American new-high technology innovation be a systematic program, and thus, guarantee America in the leading position of the new economy consistently. As for Taiwan's imitation innovation of the micro-electronics, the sound bases of technological engineers and lowcosts in the process of India's software industry, and, the overseas collaborations and low costs strategy in Ireland's software industry, all of these have served as good examples in the field of technological innovation. The constant competition in the internet information industry have fostered China to further strength the support of the small and medium-sized enterprises, while Greatwall information company should, at the same time, upgrade appropriate strategy so as to emerge from the fierce competition and gain sustainable growth.Chapter 5 We find out that the company must make the technological innovation systems available and the enterprises, the back-bone of the technological innovations. How to achieve the goal of technology transplant by the overcoming the difficulties of multinational technologic barriers has become an unavoidable question. In the strategy of technological innovations, we should adhere to the principal of "make it or not, it depends", selectively improve our own innovation capacities and technological level of our enterprises. Imitation and cooperative innovations have been proved feasible. As a system, technological innovation should be developed according to the factors of management, technology and staff forces, and those newly emerged problems, such as the costs of technological transfer and so on.
