The implement of the official accountability system advance the government's image, win the most people's support, it can not only prove national economical development, politics democracy, society advancement, but also remold the government, optimize the civil servants, close the cadre-mass relationship, improve the party's reign ability. The startup and implement of the official accountability system is the important decision of the party and the nation, is the important reform of the " Deng-xiaoping theory" and the " three representation ideology". It is the important content of socialist politics reform. Including rescan the relationship between the right and the law, the right and civilian, the right and the duty, strengthen all kinds of the matched system construction, perfect the systematism construction of the official accountability system, and put forward the specific step.
