Since the Reform and Opening progress, especially in the 21st century, the Communist Party are paying more and more attention to the Women's part in political life, and Women Cadres are playing more important roles. The increasing of duty and power has a higher request on Women Cadres' career management, and also has a new challenge for the organization hiring and training Women Cadres. In this study, Women Cadres form 23 departments in the city of Kunming were studied in terms of work value and career self-efficacy, for the purpose of exploring how to improve Women Cadres' individual career management.This paper is divided into five parts: first, the Literature Research part introduced the concept of work value, career self-efficacy and individual career management, summarized the theory of related field, and proposed a framework of how work value influenced individual career management through career self-efficacy. Second, we adopted random sampling method, and surveyed 200 Women Cadres with questionnaires. For analysis, we used factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis to descriptive the status quo of Women Cadres' three variables and to test and verify the model. Finally, according to the conclusion above, we put forward that the organization and the individual should strive together to pursue Women Cadres' career goals.In the studyt, 146 women cadres were tested with "questionnaire on work value, career self-efficacy and individual career management. The results showed that (1) Women cadres' background have a main effect on three variables ; (2)Women cadres' work value had a significant correlation with both career self-efficacy and the individual career management; (3) The relationship between work value and individual career management was mediated by career self-efficacy for women cadres.
