Xinjin County Government Functions In The Realization Of Industrial Agglomeration

Accelerating district economy' increase, speeding up regional economy development is the goal that all levels of government pursue. Industrial clusters are important strength to speed up regional economy. And government does important role in industrial clusters.This paper researches inside and outside government function and industrial clusters' development. Then this paper analyses industrial clusters' approach, influencing factors, the role of district government in industrial clusters and district government function in industrial clusters.This paper surveys the basic circumstances of Xin Jin county, and analyses the industrial clusters' development by SWOT. Then this paper analyses the government orientation of current seedtime, total strategy, industry function, and put forward some functions of Xin Jin county. Combining Xin Jin county's reality, this paper analyses the relationships that Xin Jin county should deal with in the process of industrial clusters.Applying theory to reality, this paper put forward eight policies to accelerate industrial clusters.
