As a newly developed objective, domestic achievements management research has just begun. Few researches has been done.Firstly, the thesis overviews the current research actuality about performance management theory and the government employee assessment at home, then points out that the deficiency of the present government employee assessment. Secondly, particularly occupation characters of government employee are analysized. Then the idea of comprehensive model of performance management is proposed, which takes advantage of management by objectives, referring to the thoughts of 360-degreses feedback and key performance indicators at the same time. Under the principle of government employee position analysis, performance assessment indexes system is set up. Finally, with the analysis of the feedback process and the factors that influence the process, the advice to the government employee performance feedback is presented.From the research, some new methods or views are brought forward in the aspect of government employee performance management and the results provide some beneficial reference and help for government employee management in our country. |
