Development Zone E-government Website Building Service-oriented Research

With the further development of government informationization, the e-government has already became the focus of attention in many countries and regions'government agencies. E-government as the product of the combination information network technology universal used and the way of government managed services changed,not only means IT used in government, but also means the government changes management concept and service, in order to achieve the new mode of service-oriented under the require of service-oriented government. The construction of e-government website is a foundational work, through the realization of information service and the "one-stop" service online function, reducing costs, providing public widely quick service, enhance the government service capability and efficiency. This paper is mainly divided four parts:In the first chapter, we discuss the background and meaning, the research status at home and abroad, introduce the research content and structure of this paper.In the second chapter, the paper introduced the basic theory of the e-government. First, the paper introduced the concept of e-government, the construction goal of e-government, and the development situation in both China and foreign countries. Then, it researched the theoretical model, application model, information organization and interoperability.In the third chapter, we introduce the website construction of service-oriented development zone e-government. From the theory of service-oriented, we further research the theory of the service-oriented e-government and service-oriented government, then we research the construction of e-government in development zone, through the concept, the function and the feature of development zone. Then we research the concept and affect of e-government website, the principle and process of the e-government website construction, combining the theory and methods of IA, introduce the design of the e-government website.In the fourth chapter, the e-government website construction in the YIXING development zone is taken as an example, introduce the general of the development zone, the construction background and functional of the e-government website. Then, based on the theory mentioned above, from the website homepage design, website functions of information and information service, present website evaluation. finally, through detailed analysis of website service experience, the realization of website IA, pointed out the deficiency, then give suggestions.
