| Because of the working environment, the nature of the work and the impact of traditional values, the pressure of the principal cadre of a county party and government has long been neglected. With the development of society and the changing role of government, the principal cadre of a county party and government become the organizer of public service. When they are trying to improve their own quality, their pressure can not be underestimated.In this paper, initially,the pressure and stress management were defined. The main source of stress impact from the need to generate the pressure point of view of individual feelings of pressure, pressure is given a new definition, that is, between the individual and the environment interaction relationship, is made up of people as reflected in the cognitive system out of a very subtle feeling. And a model source of stress factors and stress management research connotations were proposed.Based on the combination of the principal cadre of the county party and government's pressure status quo, the paper studied the sources of pressure and results. Pressure source in the study combined with the actual situation of Chinese organization analysis of the pressure source, such as social environmental factors in the economic, cultural, ideological, technological changes as the source of pressure; raised pressure sources include improper ways to strengthen and feel unfair; At the same time, time mismanagement, lack of confidence in the face of difficulties and other personal characteristics into the source of pressure.The paper presents the principal cadre of the county party and government's stress coping strategies. And based on Robbins'pressure theoretical models, combining the characteristics of the pressure source of the principal cadre of the county party and government in China, the paper established a three-level stress management model, and proposed the three-level model of stress management how to reeducate, eliminate or control the pressure source of organizational factors, and studied the ways to deal with pressure and excessive pressure treatment.Finally, based on the combination of the principle cadre of the county party and government's status quo in BongZhong City, the paper studied the principle cadre of the county party and government's stress management strategies to deal with. The paper discussed the stress management status of the principle cadre of the county party and government in BongZhong City, and how the three-level model of stress management applies in BongZhong City, thus, provided an integrated and systematic management strategy for organizations stress management. |
