Job stress has been a hot issue of academic research, our reseach focuses on teachers, athletes and employees in this field. As China's economic restruction changed rapidly, government functions has transformed,and public expectations increase for the civil servants, the civil service are asked to upgrade the skill from time to time,so the job become more and more stressful. The job stress of civil service becomes apparently.Based on this, this paper focuses on the job stress of local-level civil servants stress management study. This study selected 135 persons from different functional departments in Jilin Province y touwn .we found the following: (1)The eight stressors are: social support, the work itself, Interpersonal relations, pressure on the study, income, career development, special expenditures.The top three are income, special expenditures and work. (2)Unlike other research, the factor- "special expenses" is stronger than the others. the social support and interpersonal pressure are on the weakest sense .(3)During the means in the "Government measures to ease the job stress,"the top three are human resources management system, organizational structure and leadership style, interpersonal relationships, followed by practice, work itself.We also provide how to strengthen and improve stress management of local-level civil servants: improve the government's HRM system for the civil service,time management, and to develop more practical activities to enrich civil amateur life.
