Content :InitThis essay is based on the new curriculum standards for senior high schools and the acceptance of learning theory as a guide and theoretical basis and combined with the present composition- teaching situation in senior high schools and existing problems. Developing from the original human-friendly teaching and research, it further explores the theoretical construction about how to conduct compositon-teaching in senior high schools.According to this essay, the humanization of composition teaching should primarily focus on students, from strengthening to guide students to establish a correct concept between writing good compositions and being a true man and living a worthwhile life. First, we should cultivate our students to become true men, stressing that the quality of students start with a man, and thus developing their essay quality. Next, we should train students to build up their confidence in writing compositions, arouse their interest in writing, experience success in writing well, to establish a sound evaluation mechanism. Then, teachers are supposed to guide students to go deep into life, to help students improve the abilities to associate and imagine; Finally, teachers should concentrate on cultivating students'critical-thinking abilities so that students can be good at refining and thinking.
