Kunming Sports Industry Development Strategy

Sports Industry is known as "sunrise industry in the 21st century ". In developed countries, it has made important contributions to the development of economic and social. Sports gets more and more new opportunities for development with continuous development of China's economic and social since reform and open up policy. In particular, after Peking 2008 Olympic Games, Sports Industry makes growing contribution to the economy and the society. Our government and academic organization pay attention to it increasingly.With the Sports Industry in Kunming making gradual significant contribution to economic development, harmonious society and city's well-known,the development of Sports Industry has also been taken seriously by related departments. Research on Kunming Sports Industry development strategic is not only for the better functioning of the sports industry in Kunming, but also for the coordinated development of the economic and social of Kunming.This paper make in-depth investigation to the development of sports industry in Kunming, and consult a large number of literature of domestic and foreign, and learn about the main experience of advanced region, then constantly sum up research ideas and design research methods. These build the foundation for the paper. It analyze on development status of nine sub-industries of the Sports Industry in Kunming, and judge the rationality of the industrial.structure, then find out the weak points and driving-points of industrial development, and identify the important region of the Sports Industry in Kunming. After that, this paper makes the analysis of key strategy environmental factors and SWOT for the development of the Sports Industry in Kunming.
