With the development of society and the changing of people's natural environment and living styles, more and more people nowadays are facing the serious problem of lacking physical exercise. In China, hypertension and heart disease are gradually appearing in young people. The adolescents are the future of our country. It is important to pay attention on their health. In order to improve the health condition of middle school students and to implement the transformation of our school education from examination oriented to quality-oriented, the middle school physical examination plays an important part.The middle school physical examination, origins in 1979, is a peculiar examination of China. During the period, because of the development and back forward,there are lots of discussion. People from all walks of life have different opinion on this examination. Until 2007 the national state department made the provision and became popular among the whole country. However, due to the limitation of area and outside condition, there is no consensus on the ways of examining as well as the items in the whole country. The middle school physical examination in Zhejiang province is also different from one place to another, and Hangzhou is one of themost developed most area. The purpose of middle school physical examination is to improve students' health condition and help to form the physical exercise habit and awareness, but it is just existed in a certain period not for ever. This paper aims to make good use of the middle school physical examination to cultivate students'physical exercise awareness and behavior as well as to provide some suggestions for the education department, school and family.The questionnaire used in this research is designed on the achievements of many scholars and experts, the theories of behavior and psychology as well as the questionnaire of identifying the physical awareness and behavior index. The questionnaire is delivered to the students of Hangzhou, Huzhou and Jinhua. Using the methods of the mathematic statistics and logic analysis, the writer compares the affects of different middle school physical examination models on students'awareness and behavior forming from different areas as well as to find out the most suitable model for the students'development. What's more, the writer also studies the factors that causing the difference of physical awareness and behavior so as to provide some suggestions of the reformation and development of the middle school physical examination system. |
