Taking jinan, Qingdao, linyi, dongying, rizhao five cities partial teachers as the research object, adopts internationally job burnout MBI test scale, referring to other researchers do own teaching practice, adaptation and compile this teacher burnout test scale and influence factors of teachers' occupational tiredness questionnaire and interview outline.
