Teachers' occupational tiredness, it is to show the teacher cannot smooth answers actuating pressure of a kind of extreme reaction when the teacher in the long-term, describes, under pressure in the last experience working in fatigue with colleagues, students, parents and family harmony as not, the emotional, cognitive, caused the failure state behaviour, is a kind of abnormal behavior and psychology. Teachers' occupational tiredness state, it will directly affect the physical education teaching effect and student growth. This study intends to explore through comparative study, shandong secondary vocational school teacher and middle school teachers' occupational tiredness overall characteristics and status of the similarities and differences, so as to improve teachers' the pertinence of work and life quality, ease, job burnout reference. Taking jinan, Qingdao, linyi, dongying, rizhao five cities partial teachers as the research object, adopts internationally job burnout MBI test scale, referring to other researchers do own teaching practice, adaptation and compile this teacher burnout test scale and influence factors of teachers' occupational tiredness questionnaire and interview outline. The article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter for the introduction, this paper expounds the background and significance of topic at home and abroad, and the research situation of teacher burnout is analyzed. The second chapter for study design and research process, this paper expounds the research object, research methods and specific conducted to the program. The third chapter is analyzed and discussed for results, from the overall comparison, demography variable of the comparison and influence factors comparison analysis and discussion of the three aspects of shandong secondary teachers and middle school teachers' occupational tiredness status and characteristics. The research results showed that: (1) the shandong secondary teachers and middle school teachers' occupational tiredness already appear, but overall burnout is high, and degree of secondary teachers and middle school teacher burnout difference was not apparent; Province developed cities is obviously higher than teacher burnout moderately developed and underdeveloped cities in the province, and underdeveloped municipal secondary teacher burnout than middle school teacher, this and the developed area and moderately developed area middle school teacher burnout than secondary teachers opposite circumstances; (2) gender differences and shandong secondary school teachers and school teachers are not relevant job burnout difference; Shandong secondary school teachers and school teachers' age, 15-20 at different levels in different interval burnout; High school teachers with degree level ascension, job burnout, secondary teachers are enhanced, by contrast, As a headteacher to middle school teacher whether teachers' occupational tiredness and secondary vocational schools is different; the influence degree (3) secondary teacher burnout causes the first three is: students factors, school personal development factors, job satisfaction factor; With the corresponding middle school teachers' occupational tiredness, influence factors were: work load factors, salary factors, student factors. The fourth chapter in shandong secondary teachers and school teachers' occupational tiredness commonness and individuality, countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
