In 2008, Shandong Province implemented the reform of educational New Deal. From then on, quality education in the context of curriculum reform began in earnest. Students, parents and teachers have gradually changed their education concepts, and at the same time, education also changes from the pursuit of science to humanities. More attention is given to the spiritual world of educational subjects. However, with the increase in only-child population and social impact of various factors, education objects shows a strong personality object, complex thought, sensitive and fragile, self-confidence of the new features easily frustrated. Many junior high school students began to lose interest in school life, weary of learning produced. In general, students with serious weariness have the following characters: having trouble with parents frequently, disliking more than two-thirds of their subjects, lacking an impetus to study, lacking of self-control, diverting their attentions easily. They can't concentrate on their lessons in class, not devoting to schoolwork. What's more, they do not preview or review their lessons with persistence. Having passivity in class, half geared in homework or after-class reading. All of these can result in that don't care about how bad their marks are. Learning weariness has become one of the main reasons of dropping out of school. How to control the spreading and increasing of study weariness, how to improve the situations and how to guide the pupils to learn willingly and merrily have become a problem which is worth the deep thought and discussion of educators.The author of this thesis did surveys on three schools in the city of Laiyang. Laiyang Experimental Middle School is located in the urban area of the city. Some families are rich and the parents do everything for their children so that they think they needn't work hard. Some parents are too busy with their business to have proper methods of education. Others can't realize the importance of education, they are too indulgent to their children, giving them complete freedom. Laiyang Guliu Junior High School is located between the urban area and the rural border areas, making it a little special. Most parents work on their farms and parts the families are poor. The children have difficulty in learning knowledge. Some parents don't know how to educate the kids. Having a low level of knowledge, they surely can't give the kids effective management and guidance. Laiyang Wenfeng Junior High Schools is a newly established secondary school in 2009 in rural areas, so far it is a boarding school whose students are predominantly urban. It was built not long ago, lacks of management experience, lacks of management of boarding students; teachers from urban, rural and other different schools, Their teaching level, experiences, work spirits are not equal. Since the pupils live in school on weekdays, they are short of family education and emotion. On weekends, when they get back home, their parents don't have enough time for their kids,so rural students are not well managed. In a way, this weakens the effects of education at school.Based on the background and the basis of research on the theory of learning weariness at both home and abroad, taking the three schools for example, launching investigations of real facts, the author would like to learn the situation of learning weariness of middle school students, using surveys, interview method, comparison method . The author means to seek the appearance of weariness of study, the causes by studying the schools, the students, the families and the society, and finally come up with proper suggestions and strategies, we hope that the research projects can promote the junior high school education quality improvement in Laiyang.This text is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction. In this section, it will present background on the weariness of the problem, significance, domestic and foreign research results, research method.The first chapter is about Junior high school performance and psychological characteristics of weariness, mainly introducing the general"symptoms"and the special"symptoms"of weariness of study, and also the weariness types and weariness characteristics.The second chapter is the cause of weariness. Mainly from the social, family, school and student, own angle, deep-level, multi-angle analysis of the root causes of weariness. The third chapter is the countermeasure of solving the problemd of weariness, and how to explore solutions to make recommendations accordingly. Student weariness is a social and education problem, and it needs community efforts. So long as we get the improvement of education and teaching in the school system, the improvement of parents'quality of social learning, the improvement of the good atmosphere, that will be the only way to fundamentally solve the problem.
