At present, weariness has become China's educational development should not be ignored. Primary school to university exists the phenomenon of varying degrees of weariness. As reform and opening up forward positions in Guangdong, after graduation in relation to our other areas easier to find a job. Therefore, some students believe that learning whether or not the future impact on the life of their own little way, instead of hard study, not as easy to mix a few years. Therefore, the weariness is widespread.This study's main target is junior middle school students. Who started his career in student learning is a very important turning point in looking for junior middle school students weary of studying the causes and transformation of measures, will help pupils to learn to face the future, not only to the student life in the future the road will also affect the the quality of the whole nation has far-reaching significance.This study took about a year and a half, mainly qualitative research methods, the reason for using this research method, because I as a junior high school teacher, has a very convenient conditions. In addition, this approach can also satisfy the requirements of my research questions. Case studies are the main form used for this study.Weary of students through a comprehensive analysis of learning experiences, family education, living environment, we can see that the students are mainly the cause of weariness, he failed to inspire or lead students to target that is missing too much force; neglect, improper or education does not cause students to develop study habits; poor living environment,Pressure resulted in students learning to learn to avoid the psychological produced; superior living environment for the students of knowledge resulted in awareness of the value bias; school life from teaching content and teaching methods can not be caused by a single student's interest; teachers on children's psychological and emotional needs of resulted in insufficient attention to students with learning difficulties or behavioral deviations occur; class mismanagement of the growth trend of increasing weariness. Weary of students in the transformation process, I mainly take the following measures: According to the degree of severity of the students weariness classified management, focusing on the students grasp severe weariness; in a democratic manner to create a harmonious classroom; with the class teacher renewal class management strategies.In this paper, a total of four chapters, the first chapter introduction, a total of three sub-sections.
