At present, ideological and political teaching courses at senior middle school is still for examination, that was mainly affected by the ratio of entrancing to university, In this case, the functions of ideological and political science was lighten, the functions of the student's ability was neglected, and the student's reality emotions oppressed. Therefore, ideological and political teaching courses at middle school need a new concept for achieving reform .The teacher and the student as the the main body principal part in the communication teaching of ideological political courses teaching, both of them based on the equality,the dialogue and the understanding, to design the humanism communication teaching context in the ideological and political courses teaching, through the functions of language and nonverbal, using the knowledge already form the teachers and students and new generation of experience and wisdom as the role of medium, achieving the empathy, which is a creative teaching practice activity for the development of high quality for senior middle school students in the ideological and political courses teaching. The teaching process was used as an active personal interaction process, the inter-subjectivity was considered valued seriously,which is a process to achieve dual construction of people and cultural, certainly overcome the tendency of technicality and organon-oriented, and change the chronically dominant situation of monologue and instillation in ideological and political courses teaching, and bring vigor and vitality for the present teaching theory. Firstly, from the viewpoint of ontology, make an analysis of the communication teaching theory in ideological and political education, through the perspective of teachers' and students' current communication situation and reason, absorb and use philosophies of marxist human studies and marxist communication theory, habermas communication theory, and the sociology, the psychology, the germany communication teaching theory, based on the communication teaching theory to build the late-model teachers and students' and students'communication mode, and to construct the effective path of ideological and political courses communication teaching, strive to offer inspiration and opinion for the teachers' and students' communication and class teaching and relevant education practice and so on.The thesis is divided into six parts:Part one: The ontology of ideological and political communication teaching at middle school. The concept of ideological and political communication teaching courses at senior middle school was proposed, and the features were reviewed in detail, the theoretical vale and practical vale of the theory of ideological and political courses communication teaching at senior middle school were explained.Part two: Respectively to absorb and use philosophies of marxist human studies and marxist communication theory, habermas communication theory, and the sociology of interactive symbols, the constructionism psychology and vygotsky' psychology, the fundamental idea of germantic communication teaching theory. Above of all provide solid theoretical basis for proposeing and forming of the theory of ideological and political courses communication teaching at senior middle school.Part three: The practical thinking of communication teaching theory application on ideological and political courses teaching at senior middle school. Aim at the senior students' communication situation in ideological and political teaching, analysing and inducting systematically the problem and the reason of the relations between students and teachers, between students and students, the teaching carrier and the teaching context and the teaching process during the ideological and political courses teaching education.Part four: The constructive pathways of the ideological and political courses communication teaching at middle school. The urgent and the importance of exchanging teachers'teaching values andstudents' studying values were discussed, the communication features of relations between students and teachers under the ideological and political communication teaching at middle school were proposed, the effective carrier pathways were expanded, the practical teaching context and strategy were designed during the teaching process of ideological and political courses teaching at senior middle school.
