Historical figures play an important role in history teaching in secondary schools, which is one of the main channel of healthy personality training. To guide high school students to evaluate historical figures use the principles of reason and humanity.Emotion Preaching is not enough to help students cultivate a healthy personality by history figures teaching,so it must be develop the skills of students'thinking,and change the way of students'thinking,what's more,to analysis by rational thinking.Traditional history figures teaching pay more attention to the Political preaching,and the other side,it will be Ignore The feelings of students,so the Teaching effectiveness is not good enough.What should we do is respect the feeling of students,and get recognition in the thinking,only in this way, the contect and values by teacher's teaching can real acceptt and understand by the students,and the quality of the historical figures can be recognized by the students.Only in this way can enrich the teaching strategies of historical figures.In this paper,I will make analysis according to the record of classroom record analysis,to summary the richer strategy of historical figures' teaching, so it can be promote the continuous development of historical figures.
