In recent years,with the further deepening of the new curriculum reform,"core literacy" has become an important component.It aims to enable students to gradually develop through the education to adapt to personal development and social development needs of the necessary character and key competencies.And ultimately the formation of a comprehensive development of the history of the humanities as the basis of humanities.It carries the nation in the past,concerned about the human development in the long river of each individual,to cultivate and shape people as their responsibility.It can be said that the ultimate task of history education is to cultivate people,and cultivate people's core is to shape their sound personality.For the cognitive thinking of high school students,most of the historical phenomena and the perception of historical events are carried out through the subject of historical figures.Therefore,the development of historical figures has become an important method in middle school history teaching.Historical figures not only create historical events and historical phenomena,more important is to leave a lot of precious spiritual wealth,and in these important spiritual wealth,the moment is highlighted by their unique charisma,which has an irreplaceable advantage in shaping the students in the process of improving the personality.The high school stage is the initial period of every students,in which the character,values and external behavior of students are in a critical transition from initial formation to finalization.Teenagers of this period tend to think actively,curious and thirst for knowledge.These characteristics provide favorable conditions for the implementation of personality education.Therefore,the high school stage is a critical period in students' foster,and it is also the good time to implement personality education.This paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part is the first and second chapters.The "personality","personality education" and "historical figures teaching" and other related concepts were defined,analyzed the significance of personality education in history teaching and the unique advantage of personality education.The second part is the third chapter.Combined with the history of high school education the Revolution of 1911,to provide a teaching paradigm for students' personality education in history teaching.The third part is the fourth chapter.On the basis of the analysis of the third chapter teaching design,the opinions and suggestions on the implementation of personality education in the teaching of historical figures.
