We shouldn't shape the students just according to the social form. As the process of modernization, the teacher-students relation will mix in many modern compositions. Today, the modernization teacher-students relation has multiple connotations, not single. Under the modern public education system, the teachers and students is a system behavior.From contract theory framework, we found that, in the relationship between teachers and students, our country consider teachers is representative of the government, and their communication penetrates the government's will and party spirit, is the social standard. Application of the theory of contract of basic theory and logic reasoning, modern teacher-student relationship is an abstract sense of social relations, in which education subjects as citizenship to participate in the teaching activity freely and equally.Under the roundly expatiating of contractarianism, the author thought that the modern teacher-student relationship has free and equal, rational and human-centered general characteristics; Further applications of contractarianism, we found that:due to the deep influence of our community culture and social development, the teacher-student relationship is social standard. It has the characteristics of ethical, instrumental and hierarchy.So discussing China's modern reconstruction of teacher-student relationship, we must change our traditional way of thinking. Establishing freedom and equality citizens concepts, establishing human purpose education belief and pay attention to the ethical and moral emotions education value of will be a direction.
