Art education is an important part of Chinese higher education system. In recent years, because of the China's economic growth and the public living standards'rise, the demand of high level applied art talents increase substantially, the number of students applied for art major boost significantly, and an increasing number of universities prefer to set up the Art major, which plays a positive role in promoting the prosperity and development of art education.but at the resent stage, the dominant idea and orientation for running schools in comprehensive universities is making research and cultivating the academic-study talents, while what's the differences of the cultivating Art talents model among the comprehensive universities setting up Art major, Music institution and Art normal universities, especially in the running school objective and training programs? All the subjects need to be thought and researched; otherwise the similar specialty setup will hinder the formation of their own school characteristics, and ultimately make the loss of educational vitality.By researching the cultivating Art talents model in comprehensive universities setting up Art major and the specialized Art College, this paper aims at getting the information of the cultivation pattern characteristics and successful experience between them, which will improve and promote theoretical and practical significance in higher education of cultivating Art talents model. this article can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter is Introduction. Describe the origin and significance of the topic, theoretical basis of the ideas and methods of the topic. The second chapter is Cultivating Talents Model Theory. This chapter is the theories supported the opinion in the full text; introduces briefly the simple concept and character of talent, concept of model, as well as makes the statement of concept, characteristic, content and elements of cultivating talents model in details. The third chapter is the Overview, Existent Questions and Reasons in Cultivating Art Talents Model in the Comprehensive Universities. It contents the historical development of personnel training mode evolution,current situation, and existent questions and analyzes reasons in the questions from several aspects in the Comprehensive Universities. The fourth chapter is the Overview, Existent Questions and Reasons in Cultivating Art Talents Model in Specialized Art College. It contents the historical development of Cultivating Art Talents Model evolution, current situation, and existent questions and analyzes reasons in the questions from several aspects in the specialized Art college.comparison and enlightenment in Cultivating Art Talents Model between the comprehensive university and specialized Art college. Through a series of data analysis, questionnaires and other means, this chapter comes to the situation we must face, and presents the countermeasures of the foster talent mode in Chinese Art higher education in the different aspects of educational decision-making, educational philosophy, curriculum, faculty and so on.
