Art education is an important part of Chinese higher education system. In recent years, because of the China's economic growth and the public living standards'rise, the demand of high level applied art talents increase substantially, the number of students applied for art major boost significantly, and an increasing number of universities prefer to set up the Art major, which plays a positive role in promoting the prosperity and development of art education.but at the resent stage, the dominant idea and orientation for running schools in comprehensive universities is making research and cultivating the academic-study talents, while what's the differences of the cultivating Art talents model among the comprehensive universities setting up Art major, Music institution and Art normal universities, especially in the running school objective and training programs?
