But the pattern of talents training fundamentally decided the characteristics of talents and generally embodied the thoughts and ideas of higher education, the pattern of talents training plays a very important role in the talents training specification and exerts great influence on the development of a university. In China, in the view of the research in the pattern of talents training, especially cultivating model of undergraduates talents at research university is not in-depth.
