With the development of science and technology, society, economy, life and cultural fields have undergone tremendous changes, skilled, innovative talents are obvious, the cultivation of students' information literacy has become more and more important in school education, so that the research of information technology teaching efficiency has been much-talked-about. This study make survey to the present situation of information technology teaching from information technology teaching resources, the teachers and students in information technology teaching, Establish from teachers aspects, explore the strategies which are for improving information technology teaching efficiency. Base on accessing to relevant material about information technology classroom teaching efficiency and analyzing the situation of information technology teaching, this study proposes three strategies to improve information technology classroom teaching efficiency, which are analysis of textbooks, optimize the teaching design and pay attention to professional development of teachers.From the survey, it is an issue that before and after the continuity of content has been neglected when a teacher analyzes textbooks, the knowledge content into the students' knowledge structure but without strong systemic, thus make classroom teaching efficiency is low, therefore this study proposes the strategy which are analysis of textbooks, helping to enhance the information technology teaching efficiency, this strategy application process is roughly textbooks overall analysis undertake classify, teaching material contents category analysis and knowledge category in-depth analysis.Information technology is the most rapid development subject, show quickly update for its course contents involved in knowledge and technology, So for information technology teachers' teaching level requirements should be higher. In this kind of situation, this study proposes to optimize the teaching design strategies to improve teaching efficiency, it is that a teacher his or her own ability when he or she use the general design pattern to design the information technology teaching, so that who can chooses the accurate and appropriate example and method which have been used in teaching, so as to enhance the classroom teaching efficiency.The quickness of information technology knowledge development determines situation that the information technology teachers are more persistence to study other subject's teachers, so that they can go in frontier to accept the new knowledge new technologies, like this, they can use the latest knowledge technology to teaching. In this situation, the information technology teachers should pay more attention to professional development to improve information technology teaching efficiency, so this study proposes pay attention to professional development for teachers this ascension information technology teaching efficiency strategy, and will be discussed from professional knowledge, professional skill and professional cordiality in this paper.This research will proposed strategy has been applied in information technology teaching practice, through the comparison of the teaching effect evaluation in a certain extent, after theoretical arguments and practice verification and modify the perfect, formed the research results of this study. Practice shows that the application of these strategies in a certain extent improve the information technology teaching efficiency, meanwhile, also can provide theoretical and practical support for other course of classroom the improvement of teaching quality and the teaching method improvement.
