It is worthy of our consideration and should be solved, so my article deeply studied the view of this situation.We know, education is the foundation of society, and ever since the education exists, human society go es gradually from barbarity to civilization. But today's education gradually popularity of the education goal, has a gradual change in the education to mass, from elite education. Of course, this is a transformation of education, it makes more people who can enjoy high quality education, education while enjoying the high quality education quality, on the significant particularly important, otherwise mass education will be a bosh. This paper mainly studies the mass education to exist the existence of vulnerable groups, they directly influence the education results. Everything people-oriented, a person's success experience of growing up with this person has a strong link, and the school education is their life's important knowledge reserves,it also means that this phase of study will have more or less influence to their success in the future. School education is very important to a person's growth, the article will be the study of the transformation of problems to those "MD" in school. At first this paper studies the reasons of the question, according to the theory basis of research hypotheses, Secondly according to the domestic and foreign studies it analyses and sum-up the define of "MD",gets classification from the domestic and foreign research achievements.Then it survey the investigation of math study to high school students, so as to get first-hand material about MD's status to analysis and discuss.Finally, according to findings, it explores a set of effective teaching strategy aiming at high school "MD", to give our teachers some teaching inspiration.
