High School Career Counseling Strategy Implementation

In recent years, the employment situation for the youth is not optimistic, especially in Shanghai which is a more competitive international metropolis. In view of this situation, we did a complete system career guidance study in China high school for all the students which will help them do the wise choice in important things.In the course of the study, the first step is using psychology measuring tools to measure group personality, psychological characteristic, professional ability, and measured on the measurement results of statistics, the analysis, and at the same time, to understand the main factors such as family and society weather or how can influence the students professional interest, lays the foundation for the next step.Then based on the test results to divide the students into different groups, and do some reach to understand the basic literacy of the industry. And organize our industry professionals, to communicate with each other, make students truly clear their own special features, in order to choose the right scientific.Furthermore, design the career plan for the high school students and the design are mainly divided into two parts: the first part is as curriculum career planning design. The second part is aimed at families, schools, and social support pattern design.Finally is to carry out the design and perfect it. And form a set of complete and high effective career planning counseling scheme at last.
