As the world economy, society continues to develop, the level of medicine)and health care is raising, people's living conditions are improving and human life is extended year by year; together with the overall world's birth rate was in decline, now the old people's proportion of the world's population increasing, aging society has quietly come.Aging society is half delightful and half sorrowful-a very complex problem, a problem with a'horn'. This paper argues that to regard the old people's education as the viewpoint; it is from the perspective of education to seize the issue of the'horn'. To solute this question, firstly we need to assess the situation, that is, to do a certain understanding about the background information on education for the aged. And then, we need to follow this line, to do an in-depth study on the channels of the"whole-structure", in other words, a comprehensive discussion on the theoretical basis of the elderly education. Through discussions on this theory, we vaguely understand that there is an ideal model. Then the next part is anchored to the theory and objectives of the previous chapter, and from the perspectives of foreign and domestic, respectively, described the current situation of the elderly education in order to understand the reality of the basic starting point. Elaboration of the idea is presented as follow: First, we analyze their development from the vertical perspective; then we make an addition to current situation in terms of a theoretical construction and practical work, from a horizontal perspective. In the last chapter, we then fold the respectively description from domestic and overseas. After a simple comparison, drawing forth the thinking of this question from theoretical and practical perspective, hope to clarify comprehensively and provide useful insights in order to advance the development of education for the aged.
