Taijiquan is the crystallization of China's excellent traditional culture,the epitome of China's excellent traditional national culture,and the contribution of the Chinese nation to the diversity of the world's culture.The Chinese martial arts represented by Taijiquan contains rich Chinese cultural connotations,Taijiquan culture.Deep glamour has been valued in international communication.In this new era of holding high the banner of Chinese dreams,dedicating national rejuvenation,and advocating the health of the whole people,Taijiquan must not only play an active role in traditional culture,but also realize value in the health of the whole people.The elderly are precious treasures for the family,the country and the society,and the founders of the family's good life.On the basis of maintaining good materials for the elderly,vigorously improving the physical and mental health of the elderly is not only a matter of enthusiasm for the elderly,but also a problem that must be solved in social development.This paper mainly introduces the function of physical fitness in Taijiquan exercise,studies the influence of Taijiquan exercise on sleep quality,positive psychological capital and empathy ability of the elderly,and discusses the relationship between Taijiquan exercise and active aging of the elderly.In this paper,the experimental method was adopted and the principle of voluntary participation was adopted,30 elderly people aged between 60 and 70 years and able to participate in sports activities independently were divided into experimental Taiji group.During the experiment,due to physical health problems,taking care of future generations and visiting friends and relatives,the number of participants was 4 people lost.The final experiment group was 26 people,including 17 males and 9 females;At the same time,30 elderly people who did not participate in any physical exercise were selected as the control group.Three people were lost due to sudden illness and travel,and the final control group consisted of 27 people,including 12 males and 15 females.For the experimental Taiji group,16-week Taiji exercise intervention was performed,and the control group lived normally according to their previous methods.Then the mathematical analysis of sleep quality,positive psychological capital,empathy ability and positive aging scores of the three groups of subjects before and after the experiment was carried out.The research shows:(1)After 16 weeks of oriental fitness exercise,there was a significant difference in the statistical quality of sleep quality between the Taiji group and the control group.There was a significant difference in the statistical test of sleep quality between the Taiji group before and after the experiment,but there was no significant difference in the statistical test of sleep quality before and after the control group.(2)After 16 weeks of oriental fitness exercise,the positive psychological capital level of the Taiji group and the control group were statistically tested which was significantly different.The statistical test of positive psychological capital scores before and after the Taiji group was very significant.Sexual differences,but there was no significant difference in the statistical test of positive psychological capital scores before and after the control group.(3)After 16 weeks of oriental fitness exercise,the statistical level of empathy ability of Taiji group and the control group was significantly different.The statistical test of empathy ability scores before and after the experiment in Taiji group was very significant.Sexual differences,but there was no significant difference in the statistical test of empathy ability before and after the control group.(4)After 16 weeks of Taiji exercise,the quality of sleep in the elderly was significantly improved;the positive psychological capital was significantly improved;the empathy ability was also significantly improved;and the level of active aging was also significantly improved.Therefore,Taiji have unique fitness and health benefits for the elderly.
