Advanced Physical Education is to implement a comprehensive quality education and training an important way to develop talent, but also a life-long physical education the most important part. In 2002 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "National Physical Education Curriculum Guidelines", is to launch a comprehensive reform of physical education curriculum, improve teaching quality, a better grasp of sports technology, to lay the foundation for lifelong physical education as an important task. Stressed the physical education curriculum reform, to change the past, students receive learning, mechanical training traditional learning, promote active participation of students, willing to explore and cultivate the ability to acquire new knowledge, analysis and problem solving skills, ability to process information and cooperation skills.Dance music sports finance, sports, dance in one of the physical exercise. Sports dance from the 20th century came to China 30 years,80 developed rapidly, the State Education Commission in 1987 into the college sports dance sports, Latin dancing is one of dance sport event group. Latin Dance in recent years as a new physical education in college, the majority of the students loved. Most students chose this course because of interest, but interest in students in the classroom is not thick, not active, thus affecting the teaching effectiveness and teaching quality. Because the characteristics of sports dance itself is limited, so it's teaching method is different from traditional teaching methods. How an effective teaching methods to stimulate student interest, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and improve teaching effectiveness and quality are the focus of this paper. Through the use of Skinner's reinforcement theory and procedure of teaching on university teaching Latin Dance Course was found:the Latin dance program instruction address some shortcomings appear, is an ideal of a new teaching methods.In this paper, a literature search, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, teaching experiment, motion analysis, video clips and other methods, the program approach "theoretical basis", "scheduling principles", "layout method," "Teaching evaluation "and other aspects of the research, prepared a program of teaching Latin, from the theory and practice of certification procedures for the university teaching Latin Dance Course is feasible. Program teaching students than traditional teaching on the enthusiasm, self-learning ability of students to learn the level of the gap between the problems, memory speed and action sports and other aspects of life is very significant results.To the theory and practice of teaching Latin reference.
