Under the background of building a powerful country in sports,strengthening the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports is the mission task of the national sports front in the new era and the new journey.Sports dance,as a sports project combining sports and art,has been popularized and developed in our country,but the overall competitive level has been improved,but compared with European and American countries there is still a certain gap,which is related to social concept,cultural differences,education level and many other factors,including the development level of sports dance teaching system.It is also one of the factors that affect the competitive ability and performance of sports dance competitors.Based on this,how to expand the sports dance teaching methods? Can we learn from the bar training of ballet basic training to construct the teaching content system of Latin dance bar,so as to develop and improve the construction of sports dance teaching system? This paper needs to focus on the research and solution of the problem.This paper takes the construction of the teaching content system of Latin dance as the research object,adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and so on,diagnoses the existing teaching problems and analyzes their causes on the basis of the research on the current situation of Latin dance teaching of Latin dance.Then from the index formulation,content construction and index weight analysis of Latin dance teaching content system construction research.The aim is to expand the content and means of sports dance teaching,promote the development and perfection of sports dance teaching system,and promote the further improvement and development of sports dance teaching and training level.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)As a kind of auxiliary equipment integrating safety,effectiveness and science,the bar is highly equipped in teaching venues and has the feasibility of promotion.However,teachers lack of innovative ideas,and there is no systematic teaching content and method for Latin dance bar training.(2)Study and construct the teaching content system of Latin dance bar,which includes three first-level indicators: physical training,special movement technique training and special physical fitness training;There are 14 secondary indexes: basic posture,modeling posture,body posture control,center of gravity movement,hip and abdominal torsion,bounce,push and pull,rotation and rotation,leg and foot technique,special flexibility,special strength,special speed,special coordination sensitivity and special balance;And 39 level 3 action indicators.(3)The research shows that the first-level index A special body training(0.441)is the highest weight in this index layer,the second-level index A2 pose(0.238)is the highest weight in this index layer,and the third-level index B32 hold the heel lift stand bend the knee "∞" word loop(0.732)is the highest weight in this index layer.According to the results of weight analysis,39 three-level movement indicators are given different star values,so as to indicate the importance of movement and training effectiveness,and provide guidance and explanation for teachers to choose Latin dance lever teaching content in different levels.(4)The teaching content system of Latin dance handle bar constructed has shown good effects in improving students’ physical quality and special techniques after 8 weeks of practice.
