With the comprehensive development of quality education and the deepening of innovative ideas in educational reform,the content and forms of middle school classroom exercises have become more and more diverse,showing a trend of diversification.Some outdated and traditional classroom exercises are far from meeting the fitness needs of students,and the efficacy of class exercises is gradually weakening.Therefore,based on the existing class exercises,bold innovations are incorporated,incorporating Latin dance elements with dynamic,clear rhythm,rich connotations,and beautiful dancing postures,to meet the needs of students' physical and mental development to the greatest extent,and improve the enthusiasm and participation of middle school students in class exercises Initiative.This study collected and sorted out a large amount of relevant data on the integration of Latin dance and classroom exercises through literature data methods,expert interview methods,experimental methods,and questionnaire survey methods.Analysis and practice,create a set of Latin dance elementary class exercises that are in line with the physical and mental health of middle school students and are welcomed by students,with a view to providing theoretical and practical guidance for the creation of characteristic middle school class exercises.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Under the current background of innovative and diversified cultural exchanges,the Latin dance elementary classroom operation has a better development space for middle school classroom operations.The creation of the Latin dance elements of inter-class exercises helps to improve the multiple functions of inter-class exercises,enrich the content and form of inter-class exercises,and enhance the cultural and artistic characteristics of special inter-class exercises.2.The Latin dance elements of class exercises should be based on the physiological laws of human movements,enhance the diversified functions of class exercises,and demonstrate the culture and artistry of class exercises.Respect forscientific,targeted,fitness and entertainment Principles of sexuality,artistic innovation,etc.The elements of Latin dance elementary inter-class editing are mainly in the areas of basic movement technology elements,inter-action connection elements,movement combination elements,music elements,practitioner elements,and emotional elements.3.After 2 months of practical teaching,participants in the Latin dance element class exercise learning subjects to this set of exercise difficulty,novelty,fluency,learning atmosphere and learning satisfaction are very high degree of recognition.In addition,the students think that the exercise can show the beauty of form,improve aesthetic ability,emotional expression and the enthusiasm of participation.It can be seen that the Latin dance element class exercises can improve the fitness value of middle school class exercises,improve students' cognition and interest in class exercises,and are very practical and innovative.
