| Curriculum reform of primary and middle school, as the core of improving quality education at present, is an important part of elementary education reform. School-based curriculum of primary and middle school is a "three-level" framework constructed by the new curriculum reform of elementary education. It shows that the "three-level" system such as nation, location and school will be put into practice in primary and middle schools and means that the teachers and schools will own the power to make decision on some curriculum, which will improve the curriculum reform of elementary education and development of quality education. It is very valuable for the improvement of teaching quality and all-round development of students to enhance the knowledge and development of school-based curriculum of primary and middle schools in the mid-western regions. It will provide the scientific basis for the development of quality education and curriculum reform of elementary education in these regions.Taking the engineering agreement of education development from cooperation between Shaanxi Normal University and Xunyi counties in Shaanxi as a base, the research prospective of school-based textbooks in addition to school-based music textbooks was summarized. According to the model of cooperation between Shaanxi Normal University and Xunyi counties in Shaanxi and the development theories of school-based textbooks, the development and devise of school-based music textbooks of Xunyi counties was studied with the properties of discipline of music subject. The results were as below:(1) At present, there is much knowledge of development and application of school-based textbooks of primary and middle schools in the developed eastern cities, in comparison to those in the middle-western regions. It is of vital importance for the improvement of teaching quality and all-round development of students to enhance the development of school-based curriculum of primary and middle schools in the mid-western regions.(2) The cooperation between Shaanxi Normal University and Xunyi counties in Shaanxi provides the advantageous conditions for the development of school-based textbooks. On the one hand, the cooperation gives the specific features to run Xunyi middle school and enhances the specific development. On the other hand, the development and devise of school-based textbooks can improve the cooperation between Shaanxi Normal University and Xunyi counties and provide the prerequisite conditions for improvement of education quality of primary and middle schools in these regions.(3) There is a flexibility and universality for the development of school-based music textbooks, which can adopt the local and outside music resources. It is centerd on the real students and schools of these regions, which is beneficial for the specific development of students in these schools.(4) There are six kinds of textbooks for the development of school-based music textbooks such as extensibility, appreciation, intellectual, activity, practice, and locality, together with some concepts of that regards the student as the "corpus", life-stylizes the content of textbooks and learning ways and integrates the content of curriculum. Meantime, using the concept of second development of new textbooks, the development models are summarized for school-based music textbooks based on the properties of music subject.(5) According to the investigation of teachers, students, unified teaching materials and curriculum resources of Xunyi middle school, there are some conflicts found between the teachers'profession and practical education, teaching and students'demand, traditional teaching and students'demand, and demands of textbooks on music knowledge and students perception of music. The development of school-based music textbooks is an efficient key to the problems of music teaching and improvement of music education quality for Xunyi middle school.(6) Based on the grade-one music curriculum of Xunyi middle school, such types of school-based music textbooks as intellectual, locality and extensibility are designed and put into practice. The concept of new music curriculum criteria is found in the classroom teaching, and the role of music teachers is changed successfully, and the way of teaching and learning is conversed, which promotes the grade-one music teaching quality and reform of music education of Xunyi middle school. |
