Erhu,as a kind of Chinese national instrument.With the development of modern society,compared with the traditional folk music,middle school students like to pursue the fashion,especially the pop music that is full of dynamic and new tunes.Therefore,how to learn from the excellent traditional music and find out the valuable solutions,has become a career that needs to carry out immediately.Tangshan Friendship Middle School,where the author works,has school-based erhu lessons for ten years.It is helpful to the study of national music culture and the development of music course in compulsory education.Firstly,aimed at school-based erhu teaching materials in the boarding middle school,the author summarized limitations of school-based erhu teaching materials through the analysis of the research on the school-based erhu teaching materials at home and abroad.Under the condition of bad teaching in big class,students have a poor ability and no time to practice.With time going by,these problems are more and more obvious.Thus,the reform of the school-based erhu teaching material is imperative.Secondly,through classroom observation,the author observed the classroom in the boarding middle school,and carefully thought about the opinions and suggestions of full-time teachers in the course of teaching.Based on the current situation of students and their questionnaires on the usage of the original teaching material,the author gained some effective and empirical data,which provide a basis for the development of school-based erhu teaching materials.Combining the method of action research,the author investigated and studied the implementation of school-based erhu curriculum many times.In addition,with the consideration of the receptive ability of students and the actual situation of school,the author constantly adjusted steps and summarized the experience in order to find out solutions to the problems about school-based erhu curriculum in the public junior high school,especially the boarding middle school.It is in the form of modular and orchestra step by step and then provides some experience for further research.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly from the background of the topic and the significance of school-based teaching materials.The secondpart is the theoretical study,which shows the definition of the teaching material and the school-based teaching material,the principles of the compilation of school-based teaching material and the internal connections of the compilation of school-based teaching material.The third and fourth parts are the focus of this study,which investigates the current situation of erhu school-based curriculum teaching in Tangshan Friendship Middle School,and expounds the design,compilation,evaluation methods and revision of school-based erhu teaching materials.The fifth part is the situation and reflection on the application of erhu school-based textbooks.Teaching materials are the basis and clue of teaching activities.This paper takes the characteristic school-based curriculum of erhu as the background,compile and use school-based teaching materials.It is not only the need of school development characteristic education,but also an effective supplement to the national,local and school curriculum teaching content.While learning to play the erhu,students also experience the joy of it,which enhance their confidence and national pride.Besides,by means of compiling teaching material,the organic combination of school-based curriculum,middle school music curriculum and traditional music culture satisfies the demands of students and improves teachers' abilities of profession,teaching and scientific research.The school can make full use of erhu school-based curriculum,carry out unique teaching activities,show the school's philosophy so as to form its characteristics.
