Under the guidance of the exam baton, the education of many middle school focus their attention more on cultivating knowledge, and ignores training personality and psychological of the students. The whole mission of the child is study. So those children like living in the hotbed, never have a chance to experience a setback or blow. However, when they get out of the hotbed of the family and meet setback, they feel hopelessness, just like the sky has fall down.21st century needs talent should posses not only high intelligence (IQ, Intelligence Quotient), high EQ (EQ, Emotional Quotient), high-Link (SQ, Spiritual Quotient), but also has high "AQ". AQ, which the full name in English is adversity quotient, means the ability of facing the difficulties.In other word, AQ means the frustration endurance. And the so-called frustration endurance means that the main shows a mental and physical in the process of anti-frustration. So cultivating the ability of the students in anti-frustration has become essential.In this paper, teaching high school history education in how to conduct the main line of setbacks in four chapters to elaborate:Chapter 1, with large numbers of students commit suicide case for the lead raises the problem:the lack of education-setbacks; setback education outline force including setbacks and setback education connotation and frustration education research review; the necessity of the middle school student setbacks education and its practical significance.Chapter 2, understanding the current situation of secondary frustration mainly through the following ways:the present situation and reason of the student frustration tolerance; the current main form of secondary education in frustration; the current problems in secondary education setback areas.Chapter 3, from the'class standard,'the requirement and the history curriculum to analyze the properties of Education history curriculum and the relationship between frustration and the frustration of history teaching in secondary education mandates.Chapter 4, the specific implementation principle on setback education in history teaching:sustainable principle, educational principle, development principle, the principle of facing all the student, the principle of school, family, society and individuals combined; The implementation content is choose setback education material and content from all the political plate, economic plate and cultural ideology plate in the secondary history curriculum, And according to bendura of self-efficacy theory is presented implement method of setbacks in history teachings, such as famous aphorism method, example motivation method, success or failure attribution method, timely evaluation method, situation and managed to, psychological consultation method, etc.Chapter 5, to the article summarized, setback education in the final analysis, it is to cultivate mental and physical efforts of the student.
