In order to fully implement Quality education, in 2000 China launched new curriculum reform, the implementation of basic education curriculum reform in the 2000-2010 decade. Reform in two stages: experimental year 2000 to-2004, the exploration stage year 2005-2010 for the full advance stage, gradually fully implement the new national curriculum reform from 2005, referred to as the "New Curriculum". The core values of the "New Curriculum", is "people oriented ", the core task is to change the mode of commitment to learning, the teaching process as a teacher-student interaction, positive interaction and common development process."Activity approach" is an important means of the implementation of the "New Curriculum", its goal is the same as the "New Curriculum," but has its own characteristics. The goal of "Activities of teaching" is independent activities and self-experience of the students characterized the students to experience the process of learning and scientific research, study and master the basic method of scientific inquiry, students acquire, process information, analyze and solve problems ability, the ability to exchange and cooperation, as well as the ability of innovation and practice. Currently, the education sector consensus on the value of "activities of teaching", basically agree with "activities of teaching" is an important goal to achieve the "new curriculum" teaching methods, more educational institutions, education organizations and individuals in education, and academia has been in the study "activity approach" theory and implementation methods, has been available for more papers or treatises. However, the introduction of "activity approach" into classroom, especially in high school physics class, has a large extension into the space whether theoretical or practical level.Under depth investigation into high school physics teaching at the present stage, the current status of high school physics teaching still falls far short of the target from the curriculum reform of basic education, and a lot of means of reforms not yet implemented, use of the concept of "activity approach" concept in high school physics, has many problems whether in theory and implementation. For example, most of the teachers hold that "activity approach" just to improve overall quality and ability, not to improve student achievement, in order to improve student achievement exam-oriented education must be taken, in fact, this is erroneous understanding. The research focus on the current problems in physics teaching and the requirements of the new curriculum reform, research related to the theory of physical activity teaching ,the meaning of high school physical teaching activities, construction basic mode of high school physics teaching activities, design teaching cases by activity physics characteristics of different class of physical activities, carry out experiments through the implementation of case studies to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of "Activity approach" in high school physics classroom, activities. "Activity approach" not only improves physical ability, and academic performance has improved significantly. More importantly, enhance student motivation to learn, students with learning difficulties significantly reduce Experimental studies have shown that both the students, or teachers, or even teaching management officers give a higher rating to "Activity approach" carried out in teaching high school physics classroom .As long as the use of appropriate approach , take appropriate control of classroom teaching "degree", "activity teaching" is undoubtedly recipe to solve the issue of "hard physics, teaching physics difficult", is an important measure to promote quality education, the effective magic to implement the "New Curriculum" spirit.
