Nowadays , education is in a rapid development period, the reformation of education system reform and the further promotion of the quality education,and the overall implementation of the second class changes gradually deepened, education fair fast implement, the teachers specialization steadily, performance-based pay reform preliminary experiment..And all this to the school education teaching work put forward higher request. The class is an organization of school education concept and management unit, the success of the class management to a certain extent; the whole school education determines the quality of teaching. Therefore, to discuss headteacher and class management problem is of vital importance, meaningful.This paper did a lot of theoretical research, put forward the headteachers functions and class management strategy. The article is divided into four parts. SofeThis paper combines the both the theory and the practices, uses plenty of datas, the forms, cases to illustrate the problem, and uses lots of management theories to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, set forth facts and reasons out.
