The modern article teaching of reading is always the most important part of Chinese teaching at junior or senior middle schools, it is easy to grasp, but actually effective slow. It seems like everyone can teach, but no one knows how to teach. Especially during the new curriculum, the authority of compiling textbooks releases to the province education department, the surface of article choosing is broader, the quantity of memorizes is more, understanding and connoisseurship request is also higher, these make teaching pressure become much more than before. Particularly in minority areas, students'learning foundation is weak, combining with the long form of didactic instruction, so that the students feel overburdened. In class, the learning initiative is not high, it becomes "there is a good speaker, but few listeners". After class there are also many teachers complain the class hour is short, the students are not good to teach. Under the background of new curriculum, how to fulfill the idea of new curriculum, how to explore an effective countermeasures, how to improve student's interest and actual effect, how to make it mix in the real situation of border areas, it has been a problem which we have to confront and solve in Chinese teaching of border areas. This article is written during the new curriculum with a careful study of relevant teaching theory, drawing on the results of autonomic learning and getting a lot form existing effective teaching mode, also combining my Chinese teaching experience in the First Middle School Lvchun Yunnan Province. It discusses the effectiveness of autonomic learning how to improve junior middle school Chinese teaching in border areas. It has certified autonomic learning is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the border areas Chinese teaching. And I sought out a new autonomic learning model which adapts to the border areas Chinese teaching: Custom target---creating situations----activities setting--- teachers'help---feedback in time--- self-assessment. It provides practical advice and inspiration for the majority of Chinese teachers in border areas on using autonomic learning policy during the teaching time.There are five chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is introduction, it is mainly about the background; the second chapter is about the meaning of autonomic learning, theoretical foundations and the significance of the research; the third chapter is looking for the source of the thought of autonomic learning; the fourth chapter is about overall planning on improving the effectiveness of autonomic learning; the fifth chapter is the common problems in autonomic learning of Chinese and expectations on teachers professional quality. The paper mainly uses: survey research methods, theoretical synthesis method, teaching method, pattern research method, literature analysis method, etc.Keywords: autonomous learning teaching of reading autonomic learning model...
