Discussion On Construction Of Community Organizations In The Communities In China

With the socialist market economy establishment, China's economy has made remarkable achievement. But employment social security,education and medical issues is emerging, social construction has become the bottleneck of restricting our social development. Community construction is the social construction foundation link, with the political and economic system reform deeply, more and more social management and public service item transferred to community, more and more residents production and life concentrated to community. Community construction has increasingly become the social construction and the Communist Party of China ruling's support.Community organization is the subject of community construction and the backbone to strengthen community construction system innovation and improved the harmonious community ability. In the government transfer social management duties process, community organization took the baton of community construction, and focused on community's environment, community service, community order, community culture, community education and other areas of the service and management. Community organization will undertake dredging government and different social strata, supporting the benign interaction between the disadvantaged, resolving social contradictions, remedying the government work deviation, promoting the duty of democratic politics. In China's city life, there is great development and operation space while community organization involved in community construction. Community organization is the bridge linking government and people, and is the important carrier sharing government social management function and the "relief valve" maintaining social stability. But community organization also come across the problems and challenges from organization inside and outside in the development, including both the policy and the law is not perfect and lack of organizational resources in macro level, and lack of communication and cooperation among organizations, hard to resource allocation, absence of unified supervision to organization and management in micro level.Based on thorough analysis of China's community organization characteristics in current situation, the article especially discussed a new development model of the foreign community organizations——Venture Philanthropy, and tried to point out the possible problems in implementing the VP plan in our nation, then attempt to put forward to the community organization construction road depending on China's national conditions.
