Teacher-student interaction has always been an important field for education and teaching research. At present, the domestic and international researchers discuss about the teacher-student interaction mainly from the angles of sociology, psychology and pedagogy and so on. The research on teacher-student interaction takes on multi-angle, multidisciplinary research tendency. With the deepening of the reform of classroom, the classroom teaching which under the principle of new curriculum has new changes. It put forward to a higher request for teacher-student interaction in reality classroom. Based on the compressive research on teacher-student interaction and the culture, the paper investigates the interaction in classroom culture, and provides a new angle of view for the research of teacher-student interaction. The paper discusses the influence of the interaction from different classroom culture through the related theories'research about classroom culture and classroom culture in the five kinds of typical classroom teaching model. In the research of reality classroom, the writer selected three average middle and primary school teaching room in Nanning city by random as the observation and research objects. And then the writer analyzed some problems existing in the reality classroom culture about inequality, undemocratic interactions and the irrationality of teacher-student value orientation and so on. What's more, in order to solve these problems, the paper proposes the idea to promote the development of effective interaction classroom culture. The write hope that the paper can give a reference to some related researches and teachers.
