Orphans is one of the world’s most vulnerable groups. In recent years, With thewelfare of our children progress, and orphan-related welfare policies are constantlymake adjustments and deepening, this is certainly a good thing. But right now, Manydomestic research is mainly focused on the welfare of the young orphan, and moreconcentrated in raising the level of rehabilitation of orphans. However, research onadult orphans out of the orphanage to the community are few.This research will study points fixed in the orphanage grew older orphans on theissue of social inclusion, select the location of the children in an orphanage inSichuan’s third-tier cities, thus a little glimpse of leopard to explore the currentsituation of China’s western regions integrate older orphans society. To achieve thepurpose, I designed the four dimensions, Namely, economic, social, cultural,psychological integration of these four areas to examine this area of social inclusionof older orphans.On research methods, In this study, the use of literature research, interviews,content analysis, observation methods to help examine the social integration of thestatus of these older orphans. The main factors affecting their social inclusion, and tofurther explore the improvement of the welfare of orphans welfare policy and tosubmit comments and suggestions.The results of this paper is At present, China’s central and western regionswelfare of older orphans need to improve social inclusion. In view of this conclusion,the author recommends: First, to further improve our child welfare system,particularly for children with special needs in the welfare system; Secondly, theintroduction of social forces together to focus on these children; Third, set up adedicated social work at the orphanage orphans in the orphanage to help solve thegrowing difficulties encountered..
