This study is based on our private higher vocational education extraordinary development, the numerous plight of realistic background, and a high degree of concern about the development of the Private vocational colleges. To private vocational colleges, the quality is the cornerstone of the survival and development of the school, yet the teacher quality is clearly more important. The research take Yunnan private vocational colleges teacher as the research object, and take the construction of teachers as a starting point, analysis of key issues in the construction of the teachers troop, and put forward effective proposals to solve the problems.Currently, the construction of teachers in the Private Vocational Colleges is still in its infancy, there are many unanswered questions, seriously restricting the development of private higher vocational education. Through research, there are three main teachers ’disorder’:the first is a structural imbalance in the aspect of objective level; the second is the level of quality disorders of in the aspect of subjective level; the third is the management of the disorder in the aspect of dominant level. To solve the above problems, the article is going to start from the actual situation of the Private Vocational Colleges in Yunnan province, identify the key issues that hidden in society, schools, teachers in Yunnan province, give full play to the positive role of government factors, school factors and the teachers factors, promote the rational construction of the teachers. For this reason, in the process of construction of the teachers, This study proposes three dimensional control method:the first is to strengthen the government control, that is, government conduct top-level design, create external power; the second is to strengthen the school control, that is, reinforce the vocational college management, form interaction power.; the third is to strengthen the school control, that is, update teachers’ idea, stimulate internal power.In short, the construction of a high-quality, reasonable structure, special combination, the relative stability of teachers, is key to achieving the rapid development of private vocational education and gradually deepening education reform in Yunnan Province.
