Chinese is a unified multi-ethnic country, in the long processof production and life, has a long history, rich in content,diverse forms of traditional national sports festival, becomes theChinese nation’s cultural treasure house. Is located in thesouthwest minority national traditional festival sports is adifferent style.Therefore, this paper tries to China’straditional festival of Zhenyuan GuizhouAutonomous Prefecture inQiandongnan province in May Five Dragon Boat Festival activitiesand ethnic festivals of Taijiang County Shi Dong Zhen Miao atraditional Dragon Boat Festival Sports Festival as an example,through the analysis of literature, investigation method,interview method, comparative analysis of the current situationof the development of the method and thecommercial value, businessmodel.Firstly, with reference to the domestic and internationalresearch on business models, especially Yuan Lei’s business model"3-4-8" on the basis of the system,the national traditionalfestival sports business model consists of value orientation,value creation, value of three aspects, the constituent elementsofthe target customer, value proposition, value, core contentresources, business critical, important cooperation, marketingchannels, the extension of industrial chain, cost structure andrevenue sources. Secondly, elements of the selectionofQiandongnan two national traditional festival sports businessmodel analysis.The study found:(1) the business model elementshave existed in the Zhenyuan Dragon Boat Festival and Dragon BoatFestival Dong Shi, each element is Shi Dong Dragon Boat FestivalZhenyuan Dragon Boat Festival of commercial pattern should plumpand commercial operation mode results obvious.(2)economyhighlights the National Traditional Sports Festival, thecontradiction between the traditional and the interests of moreand more worthy of attention;(3) some places began to operate thenational traditional festival sports through the business model, but the business model is not perfect;(4) now socialimpact,traditional festival sports culture is on the verge of.Through this study, expect to use good business model to createmaximum value of national traditional festival sports culture atthe same time, also want to protect its original meaning and thecharacteristic, in the promotion of local economic development andat the same time, can also be spread of Guizhou minority festivalssports culture.
