literature review found, has been a lot of research on the psychological benefits of tai chi, the study found that tai chi for mental health, attention, personality, emotions, interpersonal relationships, and so have some improvement. Tai chi for psychological improvement has attracted widespread attention. But already more theoretical analysis and research, fewer experimental study. Tai chi for the emotional impact of the research, they use a self-report questionnaire method to assess the emotional. However, there are three dimensions: emotional expression and psychological feelings, behavior and physiological responses. Emotional assessed using behavioral observation and study of physiological indicators test. Objective test of psychological feelings of sentiment indicators mainly uses self-report questionnaire subjective, emotional behavioral observation and physiological indicators. Therefore, this study intends to explore tai chi on the emotional impact of the test of the experimental method was adopted from the two dimensions of the psychological feelings of emotional and physiological indicators, a more objective examination, tai chi emotional impact. In order to exclude the Hawthorne effect, the research on the design of the experiment, not only set up the experimental group and the control group, and also the establishment of a placebo group, in order to obtain a better internal validity. This study selected Chengdu, a large chain restaurant waiter120as research subjects, male59, female61, age:24.25±2.49years old. Randomized study subjects were divided into experimental group and the control group and the placebo group three groups, each group of40. Week tai chi exercise for the experimental intervention, the experimental group at least three times, each one hour of tai chi exercise, the last three months. The control group did not make any interventions. Placebo in the simple form of calisthenics activities, in addition to the different training methods and the experimental group, and the remaining exercise time, consistent exercise a number of times with the experimental group. POMS mood scale test, the application skin temperature resistance meter to test the physiological indicators of emotional emotional subjective psychological indicators. After three months of tai chi exercise, the experimental group, the control group, the placebo group POMS mood value:TMD总分, tension, anger, fatigue, confusion, emotional self, there are significant differences (P<0.05); while in between energy and depression in the experimental group and the control group did not find a significant difference (P>0.05). In skin conductance experiments, the experimental group at baseline, stimulus value, relax the value of Polish times and volatility before and after contrast exists a significant difference (P<0.05). Experimental group and control group at baseline, to stimulate the value of the value of relaxation. Conclusion:The value of tai chi exercise on mood TMD总分, tension, anger, fatigue, confusion, self-esteem has improved dimensional effect, and the improvement of energy is not obvious. In the depression dimensions, although Tai Chi has obvious improvement, but not superior to the general movement. Exercise to transcutaneous electrical values in five different stages of the wave amplitude were significantly changed. Conclusion description Tai Chi for the emotional psychological and physiological indicators have improved significantly.
