This paper, based on the author’s teaching experience in Incheon Gajeong High Sc hool, and her analysis of seven other high schools, focusing on the teachers, students, an d class environment analyses the Chinese class in Incheon high schools.Through the ana lysed data, we’ve found some common issues:students rely on their mother language to o much; their Chinese level is very basic, making progress slow; compared with other s ubjects, the schools pay much less attention to Chinese classes; Chinese native teachers sometimes overuse multimedia during class. Because of these issues, we came up with s ome suggestions on many aspects relating to Chinese native teachers teaching methods, Korean high schools attitudes to teaching Chinese and team teaching. Meanwhile, we’v e also brought up some targeted advice on international Chinese teachers’ training.The f our main parts of this paper are the introduction which includes the background of this p aper and its’significance, the first chapter which demonstrates the research of Chinese c lasses in Gajaeng High School, the second chapter which analyses some other high scho ols’ Chinese classes for a more whole picture, the third chapter which provides options a nd advice for international Chinese teacher training,the conclusion with some enlighten ments and suggestions on Chinese Korean team teaching cooperative methods and Chin ese teacher preparation training.Key words:CPIK, Incheon, Chinese class; high school, team teaching; Chinese native teacher.The four main parts of this paper are introduction which includes the background and significance, first chapter which demonstrates the researches of Chinese classes in Gajeong High School, second chapter which analyses some other high schools’Chinese classes for whole picture, third chapter which provides options and advices for international Chinese teacher training, and forth chapter which provides advices to Educational Departments.
