With the continuous development of technology,the future will be a new era of intelligence,programming education has risen to the national level of strategic planning.Primary and secondary schools do not have special programming education teachers,and most of them are information technology teachers.At present,programming education in primary and secondary schools mainly involves students' thinking training,and less attention is paid to the research on the teaching ability of information technology teachers.As information technology teachers are the direct promoters of the development of programming education,and professional teachers are to ensure the implementation of programming education.What programming education and teaching skills should information technology teachers have,and how to improve their professional quality is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the study of the index system of programming education teaching ability of high school IT teachers aims to help the ability evaluation and training of information technology teachers provide reference.Firstly,literature research is used to sort out the relevant documents of programming education,teachers' teaching ability and information technology teacher ability,and the teaching ability of information technology teachers in high schools is composed of three hierarchical indicators.Second,according to the index system of expert consultation questionnaire,after two rounds of Delphi method screening,correction index description,determine the high school information technology teachers programming education teaching ability by A programming education basic ability,B programming teaching design ability,C programming teaching implementation ability,D programming teaching evaluation ability,F programming education research ability five level 1indicators,16 secondary indicators and 35 level 3 indicators.Based on the index system,the survey of the teachers of high school Information Technology in G Province was compiled,and the data reliability and validity test and high-order verification factors were analyzed by SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 software.The research results show that the reliability and validity is good,and the index system is relatively ideal.Then,the questionnaire of index system of teaching ability is compiled to investigate the experts,and the hierarchical analysis method is used to calculate the weight of the first-level index,and the weight of secondary and third-level indexes,obtaining the final index system,which can be expressed as E=0.22A+0.35B+0.28C+0.08D+0.07 F.Finally,according to the final construction of the index system of the high school information technology teachers programming education teaching ability level evaluation scale,select G province high school programming education of information technology teachers as samples,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of high school information technology teachers programming education teaching ability,and descriptive analysis and difference analysis.On the whole,the programming education and teaching ability level of information technology teachers in the sample shows a medium level.There were no significant gender differences in the teaching ability of information technology teachers in high schools.There were significant differences in the regional dimensions.In terms of teaching age,there are only significant differences in high school information technology teachers only in the basic ability of programming education,programming teaching implementation ability and programming education research ability.In terms of professional titles,high school information technology teachers only have significant differences in programming teaching implementation ability and programming education research ability.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation,we should "strengthen the relevant training of information technology teachers in different senior high schools","accelerate the improvement of the programming education literacy of high school teachers in information technology" and "promote the evaluation of high schools" and "promote the programming education teaching ability of high school teachers in information technology".
