Teaching is the core of school work, and it is one of the oldest objects of study in Education.Researchinging on the University Teachers’ teaching, especially how to realize the UniversityTeachers’ teaching specialization construction, is an important topic in higher education researchat present. University teachers are mainly responsible and organizer for the university education,university teachers with dual professional identity, experts who are the field of academicresearch and should be experts in education and teaching, for a long time they has been valuedand sought after as a scholar, but as the teaching experts are ignored, which is the importantcause of mading the quality of University teaching low, so how to improve the level ofUniversity Teachers’ teaching, made the University Teacher Specialization is an important andurgent task of university education researchers and educators need to solve.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the professional construction of UniversityTeachers’ teaching, the first part discusses the theoretical foundation of professionaldevelopment of University teachers. What is the solution to the University Teachers’ teachingprofessional problems. The second part discusses the professional standard of Universityteachers. The paper discusses two aspects: professional knowledge and professional ability. Thethird part discusses the professional construction of university teachers pre service education.First explains what is pre vocational education, and then expounds the current situation ofUniversity Teachers’ pre service education, finally enumerates five kinds of ways and forms ofpre service Teacher Education in the university. The fourth part discusses the development stageof professional development of University Teachers’ teaching post. First explains what is theteacher own development, then discusses the university teacher why post independentdevelopment, mainly in the form of the university teacher autonomy is the educational actionresearch, and the study of concept and educational action research on action research, educationaction in university teaching is discussed in detail. The fifth part discusses the policy andinstitutional guarantee of university teacher specialization construction of teaching: theestablishment of university education; the establishment of University Teachers’ teachingmethod.When a significant progress or major changes in education are provisioning in the form ofthe law, it is on behalf of this significant progress or major changes have been clearlyrecognized by society, it is also on behalf of this significant progress or major changes havebeen successful changed. Through making the law 《The people’s Republic of China LawUniversity Teachers’ Teaching》,it can show the basic characteristics of law and do a universityteacher selection and training bases.
