With the rapid development of economy and urbanization in China, more and more migrant workers are flooding into large or medium-sized cities with their children attending school, which comes into being a special education condition. A lot of children of migrant workers are badly influenced by the absence of family education, the adverse surroundings and their own poor Chinese learning abilities. All of these real factors lead to their difficulties of Chinese learning. However, school is the main position for cultivating people, and Chinese education will have great influence to students in their lifetime, either from the angle of language acquisition, or the angle of humanism spirit cultivation. Therefore, the reasons will be explored further in the dissertation on the basis of analyzing Chinese learning difficulties. And in face of these problems, these aspects, such as aim, attitude, opportunity and method will be start with to build a closer relationship between home and school. Good teaching atmosphere for children of migrant workers will be build by creating class culture and making proper use of internet. Learning abilities of them will be improved by literacy, previewing and reading training during practice in class. Moreover, their learning experience will be accumulated through enriching children’s curricular and extracurricular activities. Through discussion of Chinese teaching strategies of primary school, as a result, some kind of effect of arousing children’s interest of Chinese learning, improving their Chinese attainment will be achieved.
