New China since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of the reform ofeducation in China, in order to further training to adapt to the social developmentneeds of emerging talent, and promote the quality of education in China continue tomove forward, a lot of sports experts in education, guided by the theory of modernscience teaching thought, introduction of advanced teaching methods and ideas fromabroad experiment and study of high school sports teaching reform in China, andcertain research results achieved in the course of the study. Teaching model on thebasis of previous studies,"Student Guidance before you teach high school physicaleducation Calisthenics Course teaching reflects the people educational philosophy,and greatly improve the quality of teaching high school physical education.StudentGuidance, before you teach" teaching mode, aerobics teaching in high school,emphasized in the teaching process, the use of existing knowledge and teachingexperience to meet the actual conduct of observation, experiment, research, thinkinginitiative to study the actual teaching, thus learning action technology. Studentsthrough learning plan Guidance learn first practice, teachers say, after teaching willgive better play to the potential of students to mobilize students to actively take theinitiative, enthusiasm for learning, digging teachers observed, guidance, errorcorrection, the organization’s ability to comprehensively improve the overall qualityof students, is an effective new teaching model.This paper USES the literature material law, teaching experimental method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, expert consultationmethod five kinds of research methods.Teaching experiment in Mudanjiang City Senior High School students as a casestudy,12Calisthenics classes were randomly selected as experimental subjects, a totalof600students, six classes as experimental mode of teaching"Student Guidance before you teach six classes as a control group using traditionalteaching methods. After three months of experimental studies, the skill level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, showedsignificant differences. The results show that:"Student Guidance, before you teach"teaching model is consistent with the requirements of quality education, have theadvantage of more than the traditional teaching;"Student Guidance, before you teach"mode of teaching will help students comprehensive grasp the movement oftechnology to improve teaching effectiveness;"Student Guidance, before you teach"teaching model will help to stimulate students’ motivation, learning interest andenthusiasm.
