The congress on "priority to education and building strong human resources", the strategic plan, to promote the development of the scientific education career, raising the overall quality, speed up socialist modernization, and formulated the "national medium and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan for2010-2020". Chapter17outline the requirements to strengthen the construction of teachers’ team, including: high quality teacher troop construction, strengthen the moral construction, improve the professional level of teachers, etc. And there is no doubt the main group of teachers from the current normal students, this paper hopes to be able to help students to establish teachers’ identity of their early growth,strengthen the professional identity,as soon as possible to lay a solid foundation for high-quality teachers. In this paper, the normal students career aspirations and beliefs can play a vital role in guiding, a teacher in the future do to engage them fully prepared.In this paper, based on the definition of normal students, professional identity and so on, from a multidisciplinary perspective of sociology, pedagogy, educational psychology, integrating theoretical perspectives of the study, to students preparing for careers in teacher education theory and practice of teachers aspects useful exploration. I will be in normal students Yangzhou University,who have participated in educational practice, as an object of study, designed to help college teacher professional as soon as possible to establish professional identity of teachers to improve their perception and understanding of the profession, as they enrich our highly qualified teachers to lay the foundation. From a personal point of view, normal students are prospective teachers may participate in the long-term education. Only by establishing an ideal starting point from the teaching profession to be able to grow into a good teacher, or even a good educator. Teacher training students for the post of teacher identity, you need to first establish normal students in the study and practice of the teaching profession’s understanding of professional learning and professional training in the process of gradually establish identity, only on the basis of the professional identity of teachers, normal students will be able to have a happy feeling after a long and arduous educational career. Happy professional autonomy will allow teachers to improve the quality of teaching, will actively promote education reform, to really practice the quality of education and lifelong education.This study clarifies on professional identity of teachers and teacher professional identity born of the basic connotation and denotation, through educational internship experience normal students conducted a questionnaire survey and case studies, combined with the advantages of qualitative research and quantitative research, from data the overall level of understanding of normal students in the professional identity of teachers, students explore the influencing factors teacher professional identity from case studies. The results presented for normal students and teacher education existing outstanding problems, whereby the author then provides a number of specific operational recommendations, hoping to provide a reference and guidance for teacher education and normal students career planning.
