SWOT Analysis Of The Development Of Taekwondo Club Coaches In Xi'an

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world for more than 40 years,with the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of the standard of living,people's consumption concepts have been constantly changing.After the basic material conditions have been satisfied,There is a growing demand for higher levels of consumption.And sports health consumption is catering to this demand.Taekwondo club is the main way to spread the popular taekwondo movement,and it has been developed rapidly in every city in the country in recent years.The coach of Taekwondo Club,as a group that imparts the theory and skill knowledge of taekwondo,has played an important role in the spread of the popular taekwondo movement and has played an important role in the development of the health cause of the whole people.It also played a positive role.The overall condition level and external environment of the coaches of Taekwondo Club directly affect the development of popular taekwondo.This paper adopts the following methods: 1,literature method;2,interview method;3,questionnaire survey method;4,mathematical statistics method;5,SWOT analysis and other methods to investigate Xi'an taekwondo club coaches' own conditions and external environment,and then use SWOT analysis to analyze Xi'an taekwondo club coaches' own strengths and weaknesses.This paper analyzes the external opportunities and threats,lists the SWOT matrix diagram and puts forward the development countermeasures in order to accurately reflect the level and development environment of the coaches of Xi'an Taekwondo Club.After putting forward practical feasibility suggestions,it can be used for coaches of Xi'an Taekwondo Club.A goal that plays a positive role in development.The findings of this study are as follows:1.The advantage(S): Xi'an Taekwondo Club coaches are 21-30-year-old young coaches,age structure is reasonable,the sources are rich,professional sports colleges and universities graduated from the undergraduate and graduate students are the most;The teaching attitude is serious,the subjective initiative and the work stability is strong,most have the experience that leads the team to participate in the competition,the foundation quality is excellent,the development potential is huge.2.The inferior(W): Xi'an taekwondo club coaches are out of balance in gender ratio,more men and less women;part-time coaches account for too high;the special yearsof study are generally short;Sports level,highest sports experience,stage level,referee level are generally low;teaching experience,leading the team to participate in large-scale competition experience is less.3.the opportunity(O): popular taekwondo development momentum and development prospects are better,taekwondo clubs have a large number,coaches have more opportunities,taekwondo training content and spiritual and cultural connotation accord with the market demand;The government attaches importance to the development of popular Taekwondo,and the Shaanxi Taekwondo Association vigorously develops Taekwondo.A series of taekwondo competitions of different specifications began to be held in Xi'an,and taekwondo projects have received more attention and participation.China Taekwondo Association began to implement the "China Duan" system,the training costs are greatly reduced,the training system is more standardized,and the prospects for development are good.4.threatening(T): Xi'an taekwondo club coaches' hourly salary and class fee is lower;less class hours per month,lower salary level;fewer opportunities to attend formal training,high training costs,short time,high pressure on training costs;The industry entry threshold is low,lack of effective norms and supervision of coaches.Recommendations:1.take advantage of the internal advantages to seize the external opportunities.Coaches of Xi'an Taekwondo Club should constantly improve their technical level,constantly learn and summarize teaching methods and teaching experience,develop communication skills,pay more attention to the latest international and domestic information related to Taekwondo;Whether the club attaches importance to the training and training of coaches and whether they can achieve greater development in the club is the most important factor in the choice.2.take advantage of external opportunities to improve internal weaknesses.Professional sports colleges and taekwondo clubs attach importance to strengthening the training of female coaches;taekwondo clubs should improve the salary and welfare level of full-time coaches;Xi'an Municipal Government and Taekwondo Association enhance the quality of training activities and competitions,make more coaches willing to participate in training activities and competitions,and enhance the influence of training activities and competitions on taekwondo clubs and coaches.Provide opportunities for coaches to accumulate more experience.3.use internal advantages to avoid or mitigate external threats.When the coacheschoose the club,they should consider the factors such as the size,the perfect degree of the system and so on,and be good at putting forward the salary requirement.They should also dare to try the club operation,propagandize the enrollment,organize the competition and so on,so as to promote their own value.4.overcome internal weaknesses and avoid external threats.Xi'an relevant leadership departments to establish a set of science,system,in line with the actual system of coaches access,strengthen the club coaches qualification examination and supervision;Apply for training opportunities for coaches as many as possible,and introduce or hold some large-scale Taekwondo competitions;the club
