Rural primary school teacher is the key to our country's general education developing.Strengthening the rural primary school teacher's ability of using classroom reward strategy is very important to rural primary teacher's professional development and teaching reform in the context of new curriculum reform.Classroom reward is always chosen to use by rural teachers.However,many problems has arisen in the process of implementing it.So,it is necessary to focus on the situation of implementing classroom reward strategy by rural teachers,find the problems and put up advancing advice.This research employ the literature research method and investigation research method.The questionnaire of rural primary school teacher's ability of using classroom reward strategy is based on the home and abroad research achievement,and around the research purpose.And it selected Shun Qing district,Jia Ling district,and Xi Chong country,Si Chuan Province.Otherwise,this research also interviewed several rural pupils,rural teachers,rural school administrators and education executive.It mainly researched deeply on classroom reward object,classroom reward method,classroom reward frequency,classroom reward standard,classroom reward timing,classroom reward effect six aspects.Though the research,we find there're some inadequacies of current rural primary school teacher's ability of using classroom reward strategy,such us unfairness(be partial to good students),Singleness(Over-use the sprite reward),irrationality(use classroom reward too often),irregularity(subjectivity is too strong),arbitrary(neglect the differences among students.This research analyzes the reason of generating problems of rural primary school teacher's ability of using classroom reward strategy,including teachers lack of advanced Pedagogical Content Knowledge,teachers' understanding of classroom reward function has deviation,school leadership blind to encourage teachers use classroom reward and less material support or theoretical support,education department lacks of focus on classroom reward and training of Pedagogical Content Knowledge,excessive concern of the public.In terms of the prominent problems of rural primary school teacher's ability of using classroom reward strategy,under the guidance of correlation theory,this research put up some improvement strategies according the influence factors.Including rural teachers should keep on improving their thinking,they should have a rational perspective of classroom reward.And try to rich their Pedagogical Content Knowledge,make a reasonable reward regulation.Furthermore,rural Teachers should break up the set of reward and try to realize the fairness of classroom reward.And care for students' differences and reward them on the basis of their demands.Rural school leaders should encourage teachers to reward rationally.In addition,Rural school should provide some material support and learning platform for teachers.Educational executive department should overall planning teachers' professional developmental training and regularly arrange lectures on Pedagogical Content Knowledge.The social media should objectively report classroom reward and The publish should give the right of classroom management back to teachers.
