The paper selected " The problems of construction of characteristics of primary andsecondary schools " as a research topic, according to the expert interview to design TheQuestionnaire of The Construction Situation of Characteristics of Primary and SecondarySchools to collect valid data samples from representative primary and secondary schools inDalian Gan Jing-zi District for investigating the main problems of the characteristics ofprimary and secondary schools in the construction; On the basis of the theory with practice toput forward the coping strategies to solve the problem.This thesis is divided into four chapters, mainly includes the following research contents.The first chapter to propose the research question, explain the construction ofsignificance of characteristics of primary and secondary schools, review the relevantresearches both here and abroad, reveal the connotation of relate concepts of characteristics ofprimary and secondary schools.The second chapter to interpret research method and questionnaire survey, and toinvestigate the problems of construction of characteristics of primary and secondary schools.The third chapter to analysis of survey results, reveal the problems of construction ofcharacteristics of primary and secondary schools; the understanding of connotation ofcharacteristics schools, necessity of construction, constructive goal, constructive emphasis,system security, the relationship between construction of characteristics of schools anddevelopment of the whole regional, then analyze the reasons on these problems.The fourth chapter to propose coping strategies of the problems of construction ofcharacteristics of primary and secondary schools from two aspects of education administrativedepartment and school; By the method of SWOT matrix to analyze implementation of therecommendations of construction of characteristics of primary and secondary schools.
