With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s knowledge level, quality and standards of living of the whole society has been greatly improved, people’s attention on particular groups in society is deepening and retarded children as a special group, we should give them more support. Retarded children as a result of special psychological and physical factors influence, making their communication ability generally are relatively low, which enhanced their skills, guaranteeing their basic communication with people over the years, so many experts and scholars to research and focus.
